was founded by James (Jim) L. Herdt, USN, retired. As the President and CEO of Herdt Consulting, Jim Herdt relies on the skills and experiences developed over an extremely successful career in the United States Navy. After 35 years of service, he transitioned from active duty in April 2002 with his career culminating in a final tour as the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy—the most senior enlisted leader of the Navy’s workforce.
